Step 1: Imran was registered at Pediatric Unit, HKL - open a file - see the doctor. The doctor will check and see whether he has any physical disabilities.

Step 3: After 3 months, meet the doctor again. Given a form to declare him as dyslexic. To be sent to Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat, Pejabat Pendidikan Negeri and to the Clinical Pyschology Unit. Later Imran undergone the IQ test at the Clinical Psychology Unit.
Step 4: Collect the memo of confirmation that he is dyslexic.
Step 5: Bring Imran and a form to Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat, submit and told to wait for a month to get an OKU card. Dyslexic people is put under OKU.
Step 6: To submit the form to Pejabat Pendidikan Negeri at Jalan Duta and to fill up a few forms.
We have yet to do the step 6...it was a longgg process and we are not sure yet when it will end....the goal is to get Imran into sekolah kebangsaan with dyslexic facilities. I pity the parents who do not know the head and tail of this process and what will happen to their dyslexic children...awareness is an issue here...
